PP slip packing cutting process
PP processes thin sheets of 1mm or less through die-cutting. For mass-produced items like slip rings, die-cutting can reduce costs.
PP is a lightweight, water-resistant, and highly hygienic inexpensive resin. It is used as a slip packing to prevent twisting of rubber gaskets. Depending on the shape, cloudiness may occur around the cross-section due to pressing pressure.
